Using Photoshop CS3 Extended?

Hi....

I was thinking of paying the $970 for Photoshop CSE Extended. The best price I have seen is Amazon:

Has anyone seen it cheaper? I am not interested in buying a crack or a $25 version from a shadow web site. But I am looking for the best price for a a legit copy.

I have a couple quick questions, related to XP, Vista and the install.
