Bauer C Royal Question

Post by Lunar07 »

I understand that this camera reads and meters for 40 THROUGH 160. Does it have a filter notch sensor/pin?

I know about this site, and I have checked before the detailed list they have of the Bauers:

But this does not answer my question.

Yes, the royal c, that opens on the SIDE, has the filter sensing pin. It also has a sliding filter notch sensor that reads all filmstocks including e64.

The same cannot be said for the a508, a512 royal 8e, royal 10e - these are all REAR loaders and only sense 40/160 films.

Cheers,
Mike
