Hi-Speed Mac software for the WorkPrinter!

Finally! Stop motion capture software that will allow 6fps captures with the WorkPrinter-Pro and WorkPrinter-XP units. The new software is called CaptureMate and is available at

This software was written specifically for the WorkPrinter by Ben Bird, who authored the hugely popular BTV-Pro animation software for the Macs. The CaptureMate software has shown in tests to allow 6fps captures on both newer and older Macs with only a single drive, though a Raid-0 configuration is still recommended for guaranteed performance over the long haul.

So for all you WorkPrinter fans that haven't stepped up to the plate due to a lack of rapid access capture software, your dreams have come true. Ben informs me he will be upgrading his software as time allows, so feedback from the peanut gallery is welcome.
