Sun hood question

Hello. I'm looking for a sun hood for my Nizo 801 camera. I can't find the original one anywhere so, I think I'll try to use a 35mm camera sun hood. Today I saw a 28mm focal lenght sun hood. It's fine for a Super8 7mm lens, right? What is the corresponding focal lenght in a 35mm lens of the 7mm of the Super8 lens? About 45mm? Thanks
