These are by far the most impressive super 8 images I have ever seen. Better than "Sleep Always" and possibly better than " am Josh Polanski's brother".
Thanks. I'm also 100%:ly satisfied for results.

I have a couple of questions though:

How exactly did you transfer the footage? This couldn't be a mirror box, it's too good.
Transfer has been done by Anced Filmtechnic, by their Rank Cintel filmscanner.

Did you do any test shooting without the pressure plate?
I haven't shot Vision-stock without pressure plate, but lots of other stocks with the same camera, pressure plate makes the best result, that's a fact.

CToTheH wrote:Will the Canon 814xls/814/310xl comply with Vision2 stock at 200t and 500t?
Canon 814/1014XL-S do it, 310xl don't, other Canon models works the best with external exposure meter.
CToTheH wrote:Where did you get the processing done? and do you think you'd get significantly better quality if you would have gotten a scanned transfer (rank)?
Andec did processing with ultrasonic cleaning and films were transfered using rank equipment.

They outsource the transfer to AVP in Munich. The best transfer house for Super8. It´s just a package deal including the shipping et al. Nothing bad or expensive with that. But if you happen to live in Munich you can supervise the timing.

Thanks for information. They did very good job, even I had a lot of different kind of material.

I´m very curious! I liked what you did for the Timelapse film. I´m convinced that your music will make your Spaghetti western something special.
I'm a big E.M fan and have composed that kind of songs before for my old Kivikyy-project, so let see what I'll manage to compose to this new film project.
Can you put the soundtrack on a webpage, too?! Pleaaassse! ;)
(Or maybe just the first 30s?)

Forgot to mention, the night scene have been shot with V2500T, not V2200T.
