Knowing Canadian customs it could take a month between landing in Toronto and reaching your door...

1. Jusetan – Toronto Canada
2. Tlatosmd – Hamburg Germany.
3. Rollef – Norway
4. Mogzy – Liverpool England
5. Lastcoyote – Hong Kong

Thats some amount of air miles... i might sit and work it out.... maybe this is a world record? :D
Lets just hope it hasn't been X rayed too many times!

As I am very rarely passing a post office when its open I asked my wife to post mine...as far as I know she wrote "unexposed Kodak film" on the package so hopefully no x-rays.

I believe it is less common than most people think for postal services to routinely x-ray small packages.

It isn't much trouble in Europe these days due to the free market and lack of customs barriers between countries, I think it's those going in or out of the States which are probably at greatest risk. My cart will have gone through Canada and Hong Kong as well as Europe. Anyone got any idea how intense their customs are?

Any time I have posted anything to Canada it seems to get stuck in customs for a month....that includes something as simple as a Christmas card which went express air mail at the beginning of December and eventually arrived with the recipient in Ajax, Ontario mid February...

Canadian customs has bad a reputation in that regard. I'm not sure if US customs routinely x-rays small packages but given the general hysteria within the US administration they might...but parcels small and large seem to make their way from the UK to anywhere in the US within a week (air mail).

Cart #2 arrived in the mail today from Angus.
I should hopefully get out this weekend to fire off my 10 feet.

Dear all of you guys... I'm so sorry, but I was trying my very best to hold on to the anger and depress from the passed week.

After waiting about 4 months, my wife woke up 6:00am and spent 3 hours to set up the hair and makesup, we both took 2 day off from work which cost us around US$200, getting preparation for the Pass the Cart project.

I spent 2 weeks to plan about the shots... trying to delievery the view of HongKong here to everybody in the world.

Guess what!!!!! I shoot 2 seconds and the cart running out of film. Pull that out... the clear white words "Exposed" mark on the film.

This is extrememly dissapointed to me and my wife when we spent so much passion on the project.

Good luck to all of you.. and all the player at the very fucking last shot!

Thanks a lot

Dang, LC, I hate hearing that. I wish you'd had another cart with you. This makes me feel very sad.

I could not agree more. The two of you, LC and flatwood (and of course mojohey) have done much for the project. Organizing it, the logo and the t-shirts. So this is bad news.

LC, I'm sure I speak on behalf of all the shooters on the 4’Th cart when I say that we are terrible, terrible sorry for this. I am sure this was not intentionally and please accept our sincere apologies.

Still friends?

We've got to get some film to LC. For whatever reason it worked out this way we have to rise above it and make it all work out. LC must be on this project. Any suggestions on what we can do??? I'm out of carts now. Does anyone have one??? I will be happy to pay the freight on it, I've been bummed ever since I read this and just dont want to feel sad about this anymore!!! :(

What can we do???
