family vacations in some beautiful sunny Greek places...doesn't get any better...Bauer 609XL (what a fine cam, never lets me down!) and Beaulieu 7008s were the cameras I used...
Kodachrome, sea and sun...UNBEATABLE combination...

I tried to shoot an occult ceremonial film, like Kenneth Anger or The Art of Mirrors by derek Jarman.

Trouble is it's come out far too beautiful. It's also come out quite weird. All my films always end up being weird so I should have just tried to go all out weird, I'm a bit worried it will end up being neither fowl nor fish. I havn't edited it yet tho so who knows!

I also shot some films with not enough light. :(

At least I have plenty of black leader! :)

love

I went on holiday to Italy the week before the deadline. Got some beautiful shots: perfect weather and a very nice scenery (Genoa and Cinque Terre). I actually sent the films to Switzerland from Italy to meet the deadline. I sent them on Wednesday (20th) and Friday (22nd). I received all of them back yesterday, processed on 28 September (the processing date is (was!) always printed on the white leader), so I got probably some of the last rolls to leave the machine in Lausanne.
I also included a note thanking them for their service over the last years.

Now I have only one silent and one sound cartridge left "for special occasions"

Got back my last 2 carts. The sound cart was heavily faded with a shift to the magenta. The MOS cart looks great. Got timed exposures of water down a cliff front during the day as well as the stars at night.

Timelapse (R10 under control of MT-1) of clouds passing by and large columbinus building up in the distant. All against blue skies and with low sun rays. Excellent yellow/orange teints on white.

Sent two pieces Priority on 26th sep 06 and got them back 6th and 7th october. Also with Priority labels. And processed :)
Kind regards,

André
