I would not polish a thing of a Kaccema plate. It is chrome-like plating on casted brass and before you know it you are through the plating and then what?
I´ve got 17 Russian Kaccemas an 1 "Kahl" reloadable carts.
The Kahl one´s metal pressure plate have better finishing than the Kaccemas.
In both cases it´s a chromed casted brass pressure plate. So it´s very important the finishing to get a very polished surface without casting deffects.

The quotes are from a late 2003 mail from Olex himself.

The import tax is applied locally when the value is over a certain treshold. From outside the EU this is formally over € 45 but it seems there is a soft treshold at € 100. As most of my import is not taxed when it is below 100.

The tax is 19% sales tax like + 6% import tax and you have to pay a fee for the tax-form-handling of the transporter.
