DIY Video assist

Post by René »

Yesterday I got lucky on a great deal. A local warehouse sold the MD 41350 Portable DVD Player for €60. I was hoping to connect some sort of mini camera to the screen and turn it into a video assist for my K-3.
Does anybody have experience in this field? Is this even possible with the K-3?

Thanks in advance,
René.

I was gonna try with this camera as someone told me I needed a 12mm lens:

If you decide to go for it please let me know the results.

Thanks for the link, Konton. I think I'll give that camera a go. Do you know whether it's necessary to put the camera inside the viewfinder or not (I guess it is...)?
I'm planning to shoot a short with it this fall. I'll surely post results.
