Great for checking if your carts were jittery ;-)

What projector is it? There should be a framing adjuster- a knob or lever for getting the framing right.

The GAF projectors always seemed to get kind of funny after awhile-My dad used to project his home movies on one like yours, and as the years wore on, all of the functions (reverse, etc) blew out except for 'forward'. I got one at a yard sale the other day for 50cents, and it has similar problems. If you flip your projector over and remove the one large screw on the bottom of the body, the whole side of the unit will come off, allowing you to change the bulb and belts and everything else. Take out the bulb and run the projector to see what is going on mechanically with its insides. Perhaps it will be an easy fix.
