Post by Angus »

I have posted some more films to the web.

TO remind people, I'll be posting my films at

I've posted three films at the moment.

Was posted last week, the Freemont Street Experience.

Is some more footage from Freemont St, shot in December 2002
on Ektachrome 7240.

Some shots of the Hoover Dam, also December 2002. K40.

All films shot with Elmo Super 110, pretty rough telecine I have to
admit but let me know what you think.

Hey Angus, I like that, where exactly is Freemont Street? About the Hoover Dam clip, I liked how the panning and zooming was really smooth, but one thing I noticed (due to the smooth camera moves), I think I could see a bit of jitter. Is there a reason for that? I've never had a jittery cartridge so I wouldn't know what it looks like, can anyone confirm if that is what it looks like?

Freemont St. is just off the strip in Las Vegas.

As for the jitter, it's caused by the projector I was using...I put together the telecine chain very quickly without really checking it out because I had little time.
