Projector Recommendations

Hi,

I'm looking for a Projector with the following characteristics:

1) Can handle both 8mm & Super8.
2) Is durable.
3) Relatively good availability of bulbs, belts etc...
4) Is portable.
5) Can handle sound.

I realize finding all of the above in one machine is not likely but I'd like to get as many as possible.
