can u play S8 sound film on projector w/ no sound?

can u play S8 sound film on projector w/ no sound?

Hello, I'm very new to Super 8 and was wondering if you can play Super 8 films that have sound, on a projector that doesn't have sound capability.
I know that I woundn't get any sound but could the film still be veiwed?
