broken Ricoh projector

I just got a super and standard 8mm projector second hand (Ricoh auto SP Trioscope) and the motor work, but the motor is not conected to the pullies correctly. It looks as if there is rubber or something missing. it is not a band system as i first thought and and i believe something is missing or i need to do something for it to work.

any help would be great
