k40 latest numbers us..0 canada...0 france...?
just ordered the very last 5 remaining rolls of k40 from Montreal. There were some in vancouver, but apparently they're already assigned to someone.
There may be some in the France location, but kodak is hesitant to order in film from overseas for us canucks.
oh and US... zero as well.
finally no more k40, i was sick of that crap anyways...

Is it really all gone from the Kodak 1800 number in the US?

I am guessing that what has happened is the same as with sound film in 1997...people know K'chrome is being axed so they're buying tons of it. And it is now becoming scarce on the shelves.
Me, I bought 5 carts shortly before the announcement intending for that to be me mini "kodachrome summer" and find myself with the need to use up all my frozen sound carts!
Ah the drunken school reunion tomorrow will be forever recorded in the delicate hues of K40

For the info of Canadians... The Kodak number is the same in the USA and Canada, but directs the call to "local" offices. Your mileage may vary.ccortez wrote:It's not all gone from the Kodak 800-621-3456 number.

There's approx. 2,000 left in the U.S., but sales are so brisk that they may all be gone in less than 30 days. That's what customer service told me when I placed an order 2 days ago (just received it today). So I would guess if you want any, now is the time. Dwayne's has a few hundred which they are selling for $11.50 through July 31st.
