im making a flip book using stills from my super 8 film (exported from final cut pro as tiffs).
does anyone know approx. how many frames per sec i need to create relatively smooth illusion of motion??

There's actual flip book software if you're using a Mac.

between 5 and 10 images per second depending on the subject is enough to create motion, but to get rid of the strobing you'd need at least 15.

i am using a G4 dual processor, so i would love to know the name of the software packege you write of...
