Home movies shot on 8mm? I'll bet anyones video tape wouldnt last so long and look so good huh? This is why I still havent purchased a good still digital camera for photos. It seems to me that with digital, a person won't be able to forget footage and rediscover it 40 years later. I certainly dont have backups of hard drives from the 1980's or early 90's. This is just another example of the beauty of the analog world.
