a bostbank account is the equivalent of a basic post office bank account like girobank or alliance & leicester account. i can't remember the exact details but this used to mean that transferring funds was cheaper from a uk post office type account to a european postbank account. (i got charged about £5 3-4 years ago) i seem to remember that it may now be free to transfer.....Old Uncle Barry wrote:What the hell is a postbank account?Does that mean I cannot send a check as we are pounds and they are funny-money euros?
