Hia,
These seem to have become one of those illusive "grail" type cameras! It does have a removable lens, but unless you have the appropriate adaptor (and finding one is like finding like hen's teeth) it's not much use that it comes off! (it's not a "C" or anything standard that I know of)
I actually have one of these and have to say that as a general purpose camera, it is probably the least user friendly one I know. The lens on mine is a bit stiff and the power zoom doesn't really happen either.
I happen to have the wacky adaptor too, so I have found a few strange uses for it... (optical printing, telescope etc)

If you like the strange "synchro-zoom" button then great, but I find that you are likely to start filming accidently when using the power zoom to frame up if you're lazy! Another wierd thing is that the battery compartment is inside the film chamber, so you end up re-setting the counter if your cells go flat.
My advice is that unless it comes with an adaptor, and you have a specific need for using SLR lenses, don't bother...
Maybe Jake Astbury should chip in here as I know he has a Nalcom?
Keep shooting the "reel" stuff!
Ben

You must have a duff one. Mine is excellent - I've had two. The current one has the intervalometer grip with its own trigger.I actually have one of these and have to say that as a general purpose camera, it is probably the least user friendly one I know. Lens adapter are simple to make, SRB will always do you one.
