Taylor Hobson 10mm lens

Does anyone have the "mysterious" Taylor Hobson 10mm (0.4") C mount lens? I say "mysterious" because I see a mention of this lens in catalogues, but I have yet to actually see one. If someone has this lens, can they possibly post a picture?
