please help me do a super 8 to super 8 transfer?

Post by clement »

Hello true believers...

I have 2 minutes of footage that I need several prints of. Is there anyone out there (North American) that does super 8 contact prints? Otherwise my options may be reduced to doing a film-video-film transfer, which of course creates generation loss, or to find a projector that projects single frames and reshoot it frame by frame.

thank you all....

I know Yale Film and Video used to make contact prints. Call them -- if they don't they might be able to refer you to someone who can.

Hi, thanks, everyone...
Yale can't do it anymore, but they referred me to Film and Video Services in Minneapolis:

who does contact printing for super8 color and b&w.

cheers, clement
