Oh, Canada?

Decisions, decisions.

Just thought I would a share what 20 rolls of K40 looks like - I half expected them to be in packs of five like they come when you order 10 or less. I guess only the big boys get to see this kind of packaging. Me? I was just lucky.

I changed the subject to reflect where much of this film will be shot.

Cheers,
m

Drool.....that looks even nicer then the box of 10 rolls that I got earlier this year. Don't we all just dream about having a couple hundred rolls of film just waiting to be shot? I know I do. Happy shooting everyone!

I got a box of 14 last May. They took six out of a box of 20, stuffed in some styrofoam peanuts and shipped it to me. So I've seen 70% of "this kind of packaging."

If memory serves, Pacini said he shot 250 carts when filming Lost Tribes, so I guess he'd be a "big boy". So would Roger.

I'm thinking of buying $500 worth in the spring. I'm not sure if I will buy K-40 or Plus-X. Don't know what the prices will be then but it should be 40 to 50 carts.

Nope, I will be on a foot-passenger-only-serviced island in Howe Sound. Should make for some nice wintery time lapse scenes. Of course, I always film while on the ferries. Lots of nice angles and perspectives. Though the biggest complaint is trying to figure out the f-stop when you have others with you asking why you are stopping all the time - gotta think fast!

Not trying to put down your excitement, but this is standard kodak packaging. I understand your feeling though. I kept the little cardboardbox with handle that comes with five rolls of 400ft S16...

Yes, it is a beautiful thing to behold.

I've never actually ordered twenty K40 at the same time, but I've come close. My last order was for 16 K40, 16 Plus-X, and 8 Tri-X carts. It came in two full twenty pack boxes.

I have about 100 (all Kodak films) in my fridge. I always order 20 or more, but they're not all for me. :?

that's all i have right now. i'm kind of proud of that 400' roll of 7229 though. the short end in the resealed can might become titles/credits soon. not sure if it's a good idea to try and shoot white letter on black on the least contrasty stock there is though...

Haha, my fridge film is not very photogenic, all wrapped in in plastic bags. Got 1 bw +1 colour std-8, a couple more part-used k40's, a roll of Agfachrome off ebay, and a random pack of polaroid for which I don't even have a camera at the moment! :)
