While transferring stuff from my old computer to the new I came across these frames grabs I did years ago from an episode of CHiPs.

When I regained my consciousness and managed to look at the next photo I came to wonder which projector they use to examine the birds from the takes?

..tnx for reminding me Michael Lehnert.... or Santo or.... cinematography.com super8 - the forum of Rednex, Wannabees and Pretenders...
Ok, I miscalculated. The girls were a bigger hit than the Canon 814.

The projector looks like a Bell & Howell to me, one of those silent all metal dual 8 models. Also the guys in the second picture are watching the film that the girls shot of Ponch jet skiing. You can tell Ponch doesn't look to happy cause he kept wiping out and they laugh at him. Unfortunately they did not use real Super 8 footage, it was the same old 35mm superimposed on the screen.S8 Booster wrote:When I regained my consciousness and managed to look at the next photo I came to wonder which projector they use to examine the birds from the takes?

There was another episode of CHiPs where a 8mm clip was referenced in a court room. They showed the same projector showing the footage!
