I live in Moscow. There are not any super 8 labs. Please help me how could I purshase super 8 films and develop it by post.

Get some decent old Russian Cameras.
Offer them for sale on eBay, or another auction house for sale in countries that sell Kodachrome only ie UK, USA.
When sold, and they will, ask for payment in Kodachrome films.
Probably best from Europe as ours all come process paid, in the US they buy seperate mailers so they would have to be included as well, and if you send it from Moscow there is a good chance they will return the processed film there.
