Nice shots from Aaron's Film

Post by MovieStuff »

Hi, all!

I just posted some frames from Aaron's (supa8sixteen) film in the Producer's Gallery on the MovieStuff website. Take a look at:

http://www.moviestuff.tv/gallery.html

He's the first to post photos to the new site and I should be adding more soon.

Curious as to what type camera was used, as well as what kind of film.

What you are seeing is mostly K40 and I believe the shot of the woman in glasses was some old expired Ektachrome Type "G" (G means general and the light was balanced in the middle of Daylight and Tungsten. It needed some serious color balancing in post). There are a total of four different film stocks in the movie: K40, Ekt 125, Ekt Type "G", and some Tri-X Black and White. I am still trying to convince my co-filmmaker to let me post a low res copy of the film online but he is a little weary of Internet films. More info will be posted on the site soon! Camera was a Nizo 6080 with the Optivarion lens.
