i disagree. the more off topic an off topic thread gets the more interesting it is as far as the off topic entertainment value goes, at least for the ones participating. :-) an off topic topic that is really interesting wouldn't be very interesting imho.

as for this particular discussion i think it's actually very interesting -- seriously.
