Minolta autopak 8 D10.....
I just bought this camera. I want to know if any of you know anything about it? Im looking for a manual for it, but no luck so far. I have read up on its features, its supose to have an interval timer, but this one just has a battery pack for high speed. Thanks!!
The intervalometer was an optional accessory for this camera. Like the hi-speed pack it slides on the top on the camera and it has a plug that goes in place of the regular trigger. The intevalometer also requires 5 AA battery in addition to the 5 for the hand grip.
As for the camera it is very solid. The metal construction is phenominal (ever see a camcorder this sturdy?), it is so strong I think you could knock out someone with it and then go do some filming.
My only dislikes are the microprism focus screen is hard to use. The grip does not fold up and it lacks true manual exposure control.
