can anyone reccomend a decent lightmeter to use with a Nikon superzoom 8x, for a low budget short
Gossen digisix is also a good choice, it can be set to a shutter angle and displays the f-stop, can be used for evaluating the contrast range of a scene, and can meter flashlights for photography. But basically any meter will do as long as it is an incident meter (white dome or white "curtain" in front of metering cell).

These are suberb CDS lightmeters for like no money at all.
On Polish "ebay" (BTW: ebay never made it in Poland, so the biggest place to look at auctions is Allegro.pl) you can get it for around 20$. Although shipping will cost about another 20.
Plus - Poland is a part of EU now, so it is much safer to buy here than further east ;)
