What is this 8mm film cartdrige?

It is more likely to be 16mm film. However, many years ago FP4 was available as regular 8 in 100' rolls. It was not widely advertised and I think was originally for a commercial market, probably education. It just came in a 100' 16mm tin, but the label clearly states 8mm.
Ilford actually made a standard 8mm colour film, Ilfochrome. One offer was four reels for the price of three. One sent them off together and they came back on a 200' spool. You had to put them in the box a certain way to ensure the order was correct. It was not as good as Kodachrome, but was cheaper. It seems to last well, I still have the films.

Betting it is 16mm.
even if it is 8mm, it is partially exposed since the seller probably had to open the box up to look at it.
If you are looking for higher speed b/w 8mm film there is somebody who does reperforate 16mm (double perf only) film for 8mm use.

it is a re labelled 100 ft spool of 16mm film...
i do have some custom loads of ilford hp5, fp4, agfa apx 25 andilford xp2. in super 8 cartridges

How have you managed to get the films that you've listed into the Super8 carts? Did you do the "custom loading" yourself? Do you have the ability to slit and perf any 35mm film for reloading S8 carts? If I wanted some Fuji Velvia loaded into Super8 carts, would you be able to have that done?
Have you ever tried "Agfa Scala" in your Super8 reloads? I'd be keen to try this variant also, as it can be projected after processing.

Yeah, that would interesting to find out.
We are all waiting since like half a year for the DS8 perforator which then supposedly was a matter of a weekend to go.

custom stocks
i purchased bulk loads of 35mm agfa apx 25.and100, plus various ilford stocks.. fuji velvia ....provia.had it all shipped to london.
about 2 years ago i was working on a bbc production,based in las vegas.
it was about us intelligence military etc..anyway i found a us airforce dept that used all film formats..and they had a 35mm to s8 perf and slit machine...got my girlfriend at the time to ship the film and pulled a favour
at the base...i also managed to get a load of mfx 200asa b&W reversal
made by kodak for surveillance,you get 100ft on a normal s8 roll...
if you want any of the above stocks,let me know..

it will be pretty impossible to get agfa scala in bulk. agfa have a great tradition in film...but they are a shrinking company...
plus processing would be tricky..
