LAMP REPLACEMENT FOR SANKYO DUALUX 2000H

Post by jakalapa »

I understand that this model projector requires an EFP lamp. What is the difference between Quartzline and Halogen? Thanks

Do you have bulbs for the 1000H also?
Does anyone know what is the difference between the Sankyo Dualux 1000H and 1000 models.
Also, are there any service and repair manuals for these projectors?

Dave....

I have a Chinon Sound 7500. The Chinon manual says the replacement lamp is a DNE 150 Watt 120 Volt Tungsten-Halogen (Quarts hologen) lamp.

The replacement lamp I am running in it now is a GE, "Quartzline" projector lamp. I see no model number on the box for the lamp, but it does say DNE 120V 150W, F14 and the bar code is 0 43168 99133 9

It work OK.

Can I swap out this lamp for a high preformance lamp and toss a image further? Or should I stick with the factory recommended lamp? Is the lamp I am running fine, or do I have choices?

Thanks

Get the Xenophot for the 2000H. They are 20% brighter than standard halogens. They are filled with Xenon gas instead of Krypton gas on standard halogens.
