Stablizer programs

Hi, I lost the links to two different Video Stablizer program sites. There was one up your way and one in the Pacific. The only one I could find was in China? That's the third site. The sites showed video that was very bouncy then very smooth. If you have access to those sites please post here? Thanks.

That second link doesn't seem to be as up to date as the first. Atleast as of right now it has a slightly older version of the software.
