New Super 8 film processing question....

Are the mailers that come in Super 8 film from Kodak prepaid processing? I was a little confused if these are just included to aid in sending the film but do you need to send them any money or is it covered with the mailer envelope? Kind of like the old PK 59 mailers. Also what address do I send my film to if it has to make the journey to Switzerland for Kodachrome processing? I normally use Dwaynes but if its free, its free.

yes, they are prepaid, send them to Fair Lawn NJ.
