help needed,leicina super not working

Hi,i have just purchased my second leicina super camera.I have the same problem with both cameras,the camera works ok until a cartridge is put into the camera.The cartridge pushes down a pin towards the rear of the chamber,this in turn stops the camera from working.Take the cartridge out and the camera runs ok...I would of thought that the reverse should happen,no cartridge cam no run, cartridge in cam run.....can someone please help,i must be doing something wrong............ :evil:

I think a technical has to check the camera. I have the leicina special and it works fine with or within the cartridge.
