I was recently able to order some fuji splice tape through the Fuji Canada office, but they indicated that the person to contact att Fuji's head office is:
Ms. Naoko Yoshikawa
Webmaster, Fuji Tokyo Head Office
e-mail webmasterj@fujifilm.co.jp.
Let them know what you want and they should be able to help. Or contact your local Fuji reps. I paid $15 Cdn per roll (which is about $15 AUS)
