Isn't $300 a Little Too Much for an Ewa Super 8 Matte Box

Sure, I wouldn't mind having one of these for my Beaulieu 4008 ZMII, but certainly not for $303.50! From the pictures, it doesn't look like this matte box has holders for placing filters in front of the lens, nor does it include an attachable eyebrow/French flag to cut out flare when necessary. So aside from the fact that cutouts can be placed in this matte box to achieve effects like the "binoculars" look, at least to me, it just looks like an expensive lens hood. Does anyone know if there's more to these Ewa super 8 matte boxes, or is this just another example of a bidding war getting out of control on eBay?

I bought one Bauer A 512 matte box from ebay.de at price 40 Euro with all stuff (filters etc.). I think it's the same Ewa matte box only maden for Bauer needs and putting their name on it, here is my AM setup including that matte box:

Its funny becuase who ever auctioned it off got it from bavaria production services in germany, and paid 50 euros for it. I have one exactally like this one, with the sticker and everything!
