ive done a little freelance work with cinepost and while there was able to work with their transfer timer, john who does fabulous work. one project was shot on the super8 vision 200t and im not one for transfering film to video, but this stuff looked grreat. john does a good job and he knows what he's doing. in my opinion they have a great facility and the staff to do it. if you send stuff to them, make sure you are specific on what you are looking for such as color balance etc. or they will just correct to best of thir knowledge. so if you did any special effects or shifts let them know.

I second that. They are better than great! Fast, prices are good and service is the top!! I envy you living so close to a great service.

I have had great success with Cinepost in the past. They have gotten all of my S8 business since I first heard of them.

However, I had a big job that they blew--It was 200T and looked like shit. I think John does a great job with Reversal stocks and I will roll the dice on him again with neg--But if it comes back looking like it did I will take my film elsewhere. It may also be different if I was in the booth with him and could tell him what I wanted.

Good Luck
