If I am Filming something in a well lit room what exposure setting should I use?What speed film is the best to use? :)

I don't mean to sound like a smartass, but use whatever exposure setting and speed film that gives you a correct exposure :-) "well lit room" is a very relative term, I would consider the room I am sitting in now very well lit but you could triple the amount of light in here and I would still call it well lit :-) If your camera has a built in light meter it usualy decides on the exposure setting for you... as for film, if you wanto to shoot indoors you are most likely going to need a lot of additional light if you want to shoot anything in super8 that isnt extremely grainy.

Exposure also depends on how fast your camera lens is and your film's ASA rating. Tell us what f-stop the lens is rated for and what film stock you're using and we might be able to help you out. As Jessh pointed out, "well-lit" is subjective.
