O-Ring?

I've got this camera too (right here), but which O-ring are you referring to? I can't seem to find any O-rings on my camera?

It's the O ring gasket on the main door. See page 17 in the manual. Mine is stretched out and the door won't close. I need a replacement.

O rings are very widely available for industrial use. The chances are that there is a supplier in your nearest town. Suppliers usually have a vast rage of sizes, and the chances are they will be able to find something to fit the seal your need.

Look in Yellow pages for Seals.

Oh yeah! Now I see it. It is hidden on the inside of the door. Anyway, Tim's reply is the way to go. Check out a decent hardware store. They should have it.

Thank you. I figured so but I was wondering if anyone knew the size or stock #. I guess I'll just take the old one to a supplier and try to match it up.

Suggest you to bring the camara to the store too. O-rings may alter size by age. Taking your cam to the store will guarantee a perfect fit.

Help! I went to three supply houses today and finally got directed to a place that specializes in "o" rings with no luck.

The last guy suggested that I take the old "o" ring and cut it and shorten it up and glue it with super glue.

Aren't there any Nautica owners out there that have this problem?
