I got producer. Maybe like Seymour Cassel from In the Soup. But hopefully not like the actual producers, for those of you who know the back story about the sale of that film.

I did it twice, got different questions, and the answers were, film editor and artistic director. Kind of like the tests they used to give students in school to find their career goals. Never the same question or career twice. :?

Cool. I got:

YOU'D MAKE A GREAT CINEMATOGRAPHER BECAUSE YOU

You prefer wearing jean and a t-shirt to work.

You enjoy creative entertainment.

You appreciate cinematic arts.

You appreciate skillfully crafted films like Citizen Kane .

You appreciate life's beauty.

You value utilizing creativity in a career.

Now, can someone on here teach me exposure so I have something other than black and clear film to splice together?!?!

Well the page had gone before I got there but one thing is for sure. If you spend 14 years on your baby you should get somewhere like Tolkien. Give that dream a lotta thought, work out the plot line, make sure everything fits, iron out as many creases as you can find (you won't find the all) but and I mean this, DON'T TRY TO MAKE IT THE MOST PERFECT FILM - EVER!
So many have taken the known working elements of great movies to attempt a manufactured classic that could win awards, it just doesn't happen like that. If you have the right story that manages to bond with it's audience in the right moment, then and only then will you get there BUT even then, there's NO GUARENTEE.
So if you never get that best picture oscar (c AMPAS) you'll at least have an interest gimick to show your grand-kids 8O

What makes a file eligible for an oscar anyways? If it's in enough film festivals or shown in enough theatres?
You got praying hands...
They pray for no man...
