Yet the Buzz factor would have been wasted here anyhow. This guy closed the camera shop and now sells cellular phones!

(S'OK! I have another local camera shop with standing instructions to call me every time somebody wanders in wanting to sell a Super-8 camera or projector!)

That's funny. Cellular-8, hmmmm.

Perhaps you should test your Super-8 incoming messaging system by having a friend come in to the store searching for a super-8 camera or projector and see if they notify you. I bought a bunch of filters at my camera shop FOR MY SUPER-8 CAMERA (are you reading this camera stores who think the only money to be made with Super-8 is via film processing!) and I wanted to leave some cards with super-8mm.net printed on them. The guy said "leave them here on the counter". I came back two days later to get one more filter and the cards were all gone, and I doubt they were scooped up by other customers.

I checked the Kodak website, it now states that my "Perfect Touch" 4" prints are finished, and I owe 3.70....obviously, this is a mistake..previously, it did state my order as "Super 8/16mm Kodachrome"...hopefully I will get my film in the mail, and not someone's vacation pics!

Ok..it's been about 3 1/2 weeks, and I'm a little worried...I really don't want my roll lost, the first half of it has footage of my kids that I can't recreate...guess I won't trust these mailers anymore!

Turnaround time

FYI -- The turnaround time on Double Super 8 seems to be longer than Super 8 cartridges. Seems like 3 weeks from mailing to receipt.
