Can you believe the amount of the high bid? Sure it's a 4008ZMII, but check out the condition of the body. Missing ground glass knob, nameplate ripped off, major scratches everywhere, no battery or accessories.

I bought my 4008ZMII through eBay and yes, I did pay a tidy sum for it, but at least it came with a body and lens that are in great condition, a nice Pelican case, and plenty of accessories. Anyone wanna take a crack at what these bidders are thinking?

I think the bidders dont know the proper value of the camera, see it for way much more in a camera store, can afford it or just fool themselves into outbidding someone else but wind up paying more than what they think the actual current bid is. The cheap stuff goes for a lot on ebay and they higher priced stuff goes for less. go figure.
