Just to clear some things up...
I'm sure you're talking about MegaBytes, not bits.
:!: 1 byte = 8 bits, therefore 53Mbits equals 6.625MB which obviously isn't the filesize here.
:!: MBytes are used for filesizes. Short: MB.
:!: Mbits are used for network traffic. Ie. Mbps is MegaBitsPerSecond and a typical slow modem connection is 56k which means 56Kbps (KiloBitsPerSecond). A normal ethernet switch operates at 100Mbps. We're also seeing GigaBitsPerSecond more and more these days.

I would love to see them. Unfortunately broadband has not reached me so I am still stuck at 56k.
Use the free converter from MS to create 214 x 120 12 fps .wmv files for 56k transmission. Personally I reckon anything is better than nothing.
