Lighting Kit recommendations

Post by pvanscherpe »

I am looking at getting a good basic lighting kit and I would appreciate anyones comments or recommendations. The one I am looking at is a Smith Victor kit at B&Hphoto.

I wanted something a little better than an absolute setup so I would not disappointed in the short term.

Thank You,
Peter

It looks like a good start to me--It appears to have all the basics to form a solid base to build from.

Good Luck

I just bought a Lilliput set with 3x 650w lamps, tripods and "barn doors".

Here are some photos I found:

This should be a good starter. Costs about $1500.
