I've found a lab that will process the Velvia, Provia 100, and Provia 400 cartridges in genuine E-6 chemistry. Yale Labs (http://www.yalefilmandvideo.com) processes 35mm E-6, and they will run special batches of Super8 in E-6!
Pro8mm doesn't offer E-6. They offer VNF for reversal, they will subcontract EM-26 for reversal, or they offer negative processing. All the Velvia and Provia 100 cartridges are stamped "includes processing" -- the processing that is included is either cross-processed as negative (which could look very cool), or processed in EM-26 or VNF (neither of which will probably be satisfactory, I'm afraid).
But, if you really want to see the film processed in the recommended chemistry, you can send it directly to Yale for processing (I think it's $16 per cartridge). I have a roll of Provia 100 over there right now being processed in E-6, so we'll have real-world results soon.
E-6 processing for Velvia/Provia!
