Thinking of men on the moon...the official Movietone newsreel of the 1969 moon landing has footage that was taken from video...they just pointed a 24fps film camera at a TV monitor and filmed...no attempts to remove the flicker at all!

Interesting company and they do blow ups to 35mm too!

You know some guy in the 60's used a regular 8mm clockwork camera to film clips of "Doctor Who" off air...for some episodes his brief clips are now all that exists, and they've been restotered good enough for release on VHS and DVDs as extras. So just filming off screen with a camera is OK...but doing it properly excellent results can be obtained - as I am sure this company know.

Didn't they use some off-air super-8 film in conjunction with telesnaps to reconstruct a missing episode??
