Shipping Single-8 film to Japan

Have any Single-8 filmmakers from the US shipped exposed film to Retro8 for processing? Do you have any advice about inexpensive options for sending film to Japan?

First class, no problem. Or Priority Flat Rate envelope, but first class doesnt take much longer.

Thanks. Retro8 is able to ship 10 rolls of fresh film for only $3-$5, but it costs me $25 to send back 3 rolls for processing by first class international. I can try flat rate, but isn't that only for documents?
