Retinex - Released. Excellent product. Nice complement to Applied Science Fiction's ICE,ROC,GEM. Works very well with degraded 100 year old prints.

AfterEffects (Adobe) has a motion stabilizer as well. I believe it comes with the Production Bundle version which of course is more expensive.
