I've managed to get hold of a Nikon R10, however the built-in filter key is missing.
Is there a way around this or is the camera useless for daylight film now?
Thx

Re: Nikon R10 filter
Hi Mark,
Just find a small coin that fits and use that, it will be fine.
Good luck with the camera, the R10 is great. I really like its results with black and white stocks.

I have two R-10s. I use a quarter. It works perfectly and it is easy to remove.

I had a nikon r10 which was without the filter card too. I cut an expired bank card to fit the slot and it works

Why not just forget about the internal filter all together?
It is probably dirty, crusty and who knows what...
Just use screw on filters?
Good Luck

Because the filter will be always on if don't insert a card into the slot.Nigel wrote: Tue Aug 01, 2017 5:21 am Why not just forget about the internal filter all together?
