Any "old" film books you recommend?

Anyone into old films, filmrestoration and that kind of work?

I'd like to recommend a book called Nitrate Won't Wait. Interesting historical facts about Nitrate film. I also have bought several other books over the years related to filmrestoration and scanning/postproduction.

I was wondering if anyone in here had other books to recommend?

This one Mining the home movie seems especially interesting for us small format guys.

There are many different editions of this, but a great, simple guide to good home movies...

I actually already have the book Davideo mentions. Great book.

Will: Love those old filmmaking books. I don't have that one you're referring to, but I have several others. Many nice tips n tricks in there. Too bad Kodachrome film is gone ..... (maybe we'll see it back???)
