Arrive by train at Hilversum Sportpark. Less than 5 minute walk from
Dudok Arena,
There is a train-terminal very near (so very limited schlepping) which connects wonderfully well with one switch to the International train to Osnabrück, Hannover, Berlin (and Moscow)

Köln, Frankfurt could easily travel to Utrecht and switch there, also one time.
Brussels, Paris, London might need two switches as the International trains from the South favour a route along the The Hage West-track. Still Bruxelles-Hilversum is likely 1:45h
Not to forget that Amsterdam Airport is also only some 30 min by train.
A truely wel connected EU fair. And thanks to EU no fear of customs and duties And no money changing.
Plenty parking space and free on a sunday!
